We want you to be completely satisfied with your Trish McEvoy purchase; if for any reason you are not, we offer complimentary returns on all products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure a tracked and secure shipment.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any promotional gifts received, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
